• Cross-patterned cracks: These cracks look like a grid with overlapping gaps. This is caused by an improper installation of the lath framework that the stucco adheres to. This compromises the strength of your home, creating stress fractures. This will require the lath to be removed entirely and replaced.
• Diagonal line cracks: These issues typically appear around doors, window frames, and AC units. This is a clear sign of significant foundation damage and is a serious issue that needs to be taken care of immediately.
